When I asked Richard den Bak to help me with my website, I found it difficult to explain what I wanted clearly. During the introductory meeting Richard listened very carefully and he immediately translated that into such a fantastic idea, it couldn’t have been more Katja than it was. My website has my playfulness, but also my strength to really confront. As an example, Richard suggested the idea of the bier, because an image says more than a 1,000 words (I was terminally with cancer). Yet the power is in that one image, which he also succeeds in making lighter with those post-it memos. Compliments on my website flood in.
